The One Where Murry Almost Recognized the Dude
OK, you know why we're here.

I enjoyed this episode.  Gavin Rossdale was still looking good so that helped.  I cant believe its been like 13 years since Bush's debut album and that poster I had over my bed in my dorm room.  But I digress.  I knew it was the manager almost immediately, or at least that he was super shady.....that guy always plays the "will do anything to sell my client" guy.  Still, it was sad to see Dante not know if he had done anything or not and awesome to see him call Prentiss on her adulation behavior.  She was good but he was better and then she's all like "fuck this" and just got down to business.

As soon as JJ pulled up I'm like "old, big house....unsub alert".  And she didnt seem crazy in that opening scene but I guess she wasnt supposed to.  Getting hit with a shovel sucked, but no one ever seems to do it right on TV because it never really knocks out the people you know arent going to die.

Awwww, poor Morgan couldnt call Garcia baby girl, and Reid didnt know Twilight or a Clockwork Orange.  I was really surprised he didnt know A Clockwork Orange.....he looks like he would be into Kubrick.

Rossi hates L.A.  Is anyone surprised?  And I was so glad he didnt get on my nerves in this episode.  I want my Rossi back though I surely cant point out what's changed.  He just seems so doubting Thomas lately, no pun intended.

Garcia is made of win and as usual her hard work was integral to solving the case.  She wasnt as banter-riffic as she usually is but I still love her to pieces and she is still made of super-duper win.  When things go back to normal I'll get my banter back.

Does anyone else wonder what Dante's new album sounds like?  You think Prentiss listened to it sometime on the way home.  And Hotch loving The Beatles White Album......so typical but I still love it.  I wish we could have gotten what Prentiss and Morgan are obsessed with, and JJ because we still dont know much about her.

Emily went to Yale.....what did she need an apartment in Georgetown for?  Grad school, which I always figured her for?  The Academy?  Do the cadets stay on campus?  Or is this yet another piece of the crap-ass CM continuity?  Seriously, if they need someone to remember what is said in prior episodes and what puzzle pieces fit where, I am looking for a new job.  Also, love Garcia and the "Prentiss in high school" crack.

Next week, AHHHHHH!!!!!!!  It looks subtextual, not that Bernero doesnt love to fool us as much as he possibly can.  Still, I'm excited to see it.  Could this be it, could this be the episode where they finally touch?  A girl can dream.  Either way, it looks interesting but a girl can still dream.

I'm getting in bed at a decent hour even though I do want to scribble down the beginning of a fic that started to tickle my brain at approximately 8:42pm and I didnt let take over because I didnt want to miss any of my show.  I need to be in bed by 11, I got like no sleep last night.

Come on in and tell me what you guys think........I love to hear from you.

Yeah, I would give it an 8 out of 10 as well. It would have been very interesting to see Gina explored more. She went from BFF to Unsub in like 5 scenes. Plus was it her schizoprhrenia as much as her obsession with Dante that created the environment. Her schizophrenia may have her believing she did nothing wrong but did it create her need to kill? I guess knowing more about her pathology would have been good.

Thinking of me when Prentiss is made fun of.....PRICELESS : D

I didnt necessarily see subtext, they are only 30 seconds long but Hotch and Prentiss looked to be together and I loved that. Check out youtube or CBS. com tomorrow....something should be up.

I'm wondering if Rossi is worried about Hotch and how he will handle things when they finally confront Foyet. He's known Aaron longer than any of the others
and can probably 'read' Hotch better than they can and thus knows exactly how upset Hotch is by this whole thing with Foyet. And he might be a little upset with him about being so stubborn about things, too. On the other hand, I loved their little snark-fest in the last scene on the jet. Made my little Hotch/Rossi shipper's heart sing! (Something from the "White Album" not Frank or Dean.)

It's not just a Hotch thing even though I'm not overly fond of the more personal aspects he may be or have been privy to in the past while everyone else who cares is in the dark day to day but I can get over that.

It just seems that he's always doubting or negative, particularly when it comes to interactions with Morgan, and all this just started in Season 5.

I always liked Rossi and never failed to defend him when people got nasty about him but lately he always seems to have a negative viewpoint on someone or something. Not professionally but it seems more personal. IDK, I just dont like it and he didnt do it last night so I was pleased.

IDK, either. I just hope it's not some deep, dark secret that they'll spring on us when we least expect it. Rossi has seemed to be all brooding and grumpy this season. Maybe the 'new' writers haven't figured out how to 'write' him and he wasn't that way last night because HH doesn't see him that way.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who has seen some kind of change. I think all the characters are kinda weird this season with the writing. The cases have been great, minus the premiere ep, for me, but the characters....there seems to be some kind of disconnect.

I'm still loving my show but I have noticed changes. I know sometimes writers like to shake it up but shake it up for a reason, dont just shake it up. Cast injuries and such did cause changes to be made that probably wouldnt have, I personally think Morgan was made Unit Chief because Shemar's soft leg cast means he cant be "action man" but everyone else is acting like its the beginning of the end for Hotch. IDK, I just think the writers seem almost as mean, whiny, and wishy-washy as some of the fans.

I'm not talking about anyone in particular, I'm just talking.
