The One Where Things Arent Always What They Seem
OK, today kinda sucked.  That's making a looooooooong story short and to the point.  Then LJ decided to conk out at work again around four o'clock so who knows if I will have it tomorrow at all.  I even downloaded Mozilla and tried to get on through there instead of Internet Explorer and I still got bupkis.  *facepalm*  At least I only have one day left this week and a blessed three day weekend.  But, therapy was wonderful and then I came home to my show.  Lets get on with it shall we?  I'm a little beat so I dont know how this will go but this is what I think...........

First, I can has subtext.  Thank you Ed, I love you, you know this, right?  You better know it because you did not disappoint tonight.  Not in the least.  And OMG, he called her Emily and they sat next to each other in the conference room, and yes it does not take much to get my shipper heart atwitter.......Ed sets them up, I can knock them down all on my own.  But I will say as much as I love to hear the name Emily come from his lips I like it better when he calls her Prentiss, there is something 'arms length' sexy about that.  What?  There is nothing wrong with that.

--I knew something was off from the beginning.  Murry and I both thought the Unsub was a strange looking woman, even though they were concealing her face.  And I have to admit I inwardly groaned when Reid came out of the shadows.  I was thinking, oh god, not yet another Reid-centric episode.  I was mostly wrong.

--Men are whores.  Surely, not all men but man, some will do anything to get laid.  The first thing I was thinking when they showed the victim was, none of this would have happened if you didnt wanna be a manwhore.

--Why is Derek Morgan so damn fine?  The tee shirt, the shades of justice?  And many a fangirl was heard to swoon.

--I knew it wasnt a team, even though they really did try to make you believe it.  I just knew.  I dont know, I had some things figured out but not enough for me to know what was coming.

--Loved the team interaction in this, this was definitely a team episode.  I love when they all talk around a crime scene and reenact it.  I loved the scene with Rossi, Prentiss, and Hotch when they figure out a woman has to be involved.  Threesome!!!!!!!  Nah, but I loved it anyway.

--Speaking of.......ROSSI!!!!!!!!!!!  What?  Like you didnt see it coming.  When he told the guy it was his lucky night.  I knew they were off but they were close.

--Garcia is made of such win.  I love when she wears clunky necklaces and pigtails and did you notice all of her fingernails were different colors?  She is the best.  When she was describing the poolside brawl and she kept calling the victim Jerkface I could not stop snickering.

--This was a good episode, one I would love to watch again.  I love stuff about dissociative disorder and it was a sympathetic Unsub yet again but a scary one as well.  You felt so sorry for Adam but you knew Amanda was dangerous business.  Murry and I were both saying when Reid asked her to do the right thing and let him out that she thought she was doing the right thing and it is really hard to change a woman's mind once its made up......we were both looking at her like a woman.

Ahaha, there they are, giving us subtext- first name squee!- and you're rejecting it. :P I do get what you mean, though, I think; 'Prentiss' is like he's telling himself, 'keep your mind on the job, be professional', right? Like, let's not blur our boundaries here... ^_^

none of this would have happened if you didnt wanna be a manwhore.

*smirks* I love how we can say this and it's totally ok, but if a GUY were to suggest something similar, everyone would pile on and smush him to death. >:D

BTW? Love the new userprofile icon, that is hot! ♥

I do love my new Hotch/Prentiss icons...they give me a squee that is almost too good to be true. I stare at them wayyyyyyyyyyy more than is healthy.

Yes, yes, yes, I love that he calls her Prentiss in the field because he calls her 'baby' when they are off-duty. The uber-professionalism of their relationship while at work is something that makes the sexy tiems sexier for me so I love it. Emily is OK once in a while but I dont want them to make a habit out of it.

--I hate that that's probably true, because I know I wouldnt, at least not in the situation like I saw last night on the show but you know....everyone is surely not me.

Not having LJ at work totally sucks. I mean, so far I'm getting lucky my company has only banned websites like bebo, youtube and flickr, but I'm sure if more people were using LJ to the extent I do they would put it on the list for sites we cannot access from our network.
I don't think it has anything to do with your browser maybe, it still doesn't explain why it works some times and it doesn't work others.
Do you get on with the IT guys at all? Or do you think you can ask someone without getting into trouble?

My office is too small for any tech staff....I just have to live with it. It sucks but that's the way it is.

Yeah I guess so, although in that case there's no reason why you wouldn't be able to access it .. if you can install and remove software and all. Mh. Probably best to just get on with it though. You still have it at home, now if you didn't have that .. I know you'd go crazy. ;)

I did a friends cut, Jess. Surely its nothing personal, things are just getting a lot more personal and I am getting a lot more insular.
